10KFAM was a growing organization and needed a website overhaul to launch their rebrand that also worked in conjunction with their CRM, Kindful. We worked to build a website that not only creates a pleasant end-user experience, but an equally pleasant backend-user experience.

Like many businesses, the processes that were used when their organization began were no longer sustainable as they grew. It was time for an overhaul of systems and platforms.

We helped 10KFAM to establish and connect their CRM, website, and digital marketing efforts to create one integrated platform that automates and organizes their students and alumni.

Classic City is very good at creating a roadmap to show us where we are in the process, the next steps, and what to expect.

Unique Challenge

CRM Limitations

The CRM that they used is perfect for a non-profit, but we found that it was limiting in how forms could be styled. We utilized Zapier to bring everything together.

After working to streamline their systems and rebuilding their website, we continue to work with 10KFAM monthly in order to address concerns and highlight areas of growth.
